Writing is healing.
Through writing, thoughts become tangible and the soul grows lighter.
But how do you write about something that truly hurts?
Then the pain becomes real too — tangible. Doesn’t it?
How do you write about feelings without being melodramatic?
How do you say everything that weighs on your soul without being labeled weak or a coward?
How do you strip yourself bare with words, lift the burden of suppressed feelings from your shoulders — and still remain dressed?
In search of answers to all these questions — and so many others — I leave them here, in front of my eyes and yours. Who knows, maybe one day we’ll find the answers.
Until then. Silence. Emptiness. Sadness. Helplessness and a great deal of inexpressible anger.
Warmly,
S-Mama
