2. General Information
Protecting your personal data matters to us. We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as this site has readers in Germany and across the EU. Personal data means any information that can identify you personally (name, email address, IP address, etc.).
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external provider: PaukHosting d.o.o. (servers: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany). Data collected when visiting the site (e.g. server log files, IP address, access time) is processed exclusively on servers physically located in Germany, within the European Union. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in the technically secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the hosting provider.
4. Server Log Files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, name and URL of the file requested, date and time of the request, IP address. This data is not combined with other data sources and is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Cookies
This site uses cookies – small text files stored on your device. Necessary cookies are processed based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); all others (e.g. analytics) only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given or withdrawn via the cookie banner. 6. Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies that allow analysis of website usage. Data may also be transferred to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 7. Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console internally to analyze the site’s visibility in Google Search. This tool does not set cookies on visitors’ devices and does not process their personal data.
8. Comments
When you leave a comment, we store: your name (or pseudonym), email address (not publicly visible), IP address, and the time of the comment. Storing the IP address is necessary for security reasons, based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
9. Contact Form
Data entered into the contact form (name, email address, message content) is sent directly to mima@smama.blog to process your inquiry, based on your consent or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR), and is not shared with third parties.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Contact: mima@smama.blog. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
